Both. We’re mobile across Footscray 3011 and nearby — Seddon, West Footscray, Yarraville, Maribyrnong and Kensington. Train at home, outdoors (popular spots include Footscray Park, the Maribyrnong River Trail, Newell’s Paddock and Quarry Park) or at our private EZMUSCLE Studio HQ by appointment.
Footscray Park and the riverside trail are great for conditioning and sprint mechanics. Quarry Park offers hill exposures and open space. We also make use of quiet ovals and courts near the Whitten Oval precinct when suitable.

We set goals, run a movement screen, complete a baseline body scan, then map your first blocks (drills, loads, weekly targets) tailored to your schedule and Footscray locations.
