Equipment provided. Gloves, pads, and wraps are on hand. Beginners get fit options and simple progressions. You can bring your own kit if you prefer.

  • Roxburgh Park studio. Private setup near major roads in the northern suburbs. Quiet space for focused work. On street parking is available.
  • Richmond office. Easy access from the CBD and inner east. Close to tram and train options. Short walks from paid parking.
  • Mobile training across Melbourne. At your home, local park, or office. We bring pads and wraps. You need a safe flat area.
  • Transport notes. Plan extra time for peak travel. Bring water. Message on arrival for studio entry details.
