We set goals, run a movement screen, complete a baseline body scan, then map your first blocks (drills, loads, weekly targets) tailored to your schedule and Dallas locations.
Most clients start with 2–3 sessions per week. If you’re busy, 1×/week plus homework works well. For competition prep or short timelines, we may move to 3–4× during a peaking phase.
