Do you bring equipment
Yes. We bring a mobile kit for strength and conditioning. If you own equipment we can integrate it.
Can we train at a local park
Yes. We choose safe spaces with good surfaces and shade when possible.
What if the weather is bad
We switch to a covered option at your home or office. Reschedule if needed.
Is this suitable for beginners
Yes. We scale movements and progress at a safe pace.
Do you do mobile small group sessions
Yes. Two to four people is ideal for mobile groups.

Yes. We add a scan at the start then repeat every four weeks.
How far do you travel
Most sessions are within about fifteen kilometres of Roxburgh Park. Ask for exceptions.
