Common questions

How do you fix overstriding?

We start with posture, hip position and cadence targets. Small changes reduce braking forces and improve pace.

What cadence should I aim for?

Most recreational runners improve between 165 and 180 steps per minute. We test and tailor for your height and pace.

Can you help with shin splints or knee pain?

Yes. We adjust load, stride and drills, then add strength for calves, hips and trunk to support pain free running.

How many sessions per week?

Most start with one to two sessions plus simple runs between. We set clear targets and progress weekly.

Do you coach for races?

Yes. 5K to marathon plans with pacing, fueling and taper built in.
