Good running form starts with how the body is designed to move. We coach:

  • Neutral foot and spine – aligned posture for safer impact and better energy transfer.
  • Hip function – sound squatting and hip extension to drive propulsion.
  • Ankle range of motion – restore dorsiflexion so you can load and push off effectively.
  • Supple, stable thoracic spine – smoother rhythm, easier breathing, efficient arm drive.
  • “Hotspots” awareness – notice tight or tender areas early to fix patterns before they become injuries.

We also treat running as a series of controlled jumps: learn to land softly, recycle elastic energy, and reduce strain with better mechanics.

We build the engine (glutes, legs, core) and the chassis (joint control). As highlighted by Equinox’s mobility insights, mobility is often the “missing link” and should be prioritised alongside strength to run better and stay healthy.

What are your qualifications and certifications?

Equinox Tier 3 Strength & Performance (Wall St.), Precision Run® Certified, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, with strength and basketball conditioning expertise.

What levels of runners do you coach?

All levels — from first-time runners to marathoners and team-sport athletes. Precision Run® supports beginners and challenges advanced athletes.

Do you offer coaching online, in person, or both?

Both. Train at EZMUSCLE in Roxburgh Park, outdoors across Melbourne, or online with structured plans, video form feedback, and weekly reviews.

What types of runners and goals do you coach?

How often will you review my training and give feedback?
