Train at home or your apartment gym, outdoors (popular spots include Victoria Park, Gahan Reserve and the Yarra Trail) or at our private EZMUSCLE Studio HQ by appointment.
We often use the ovals at Victoria Park, pockets at Gahan Reserve, sections of the Yarra Bend Park trail network and quiet streets off Smith Street for sleds, carries and sprints — equipment is mobile.
