How do online sessions work
You get a free video consult, a personalised plan, weekly coaching touch points and form feedback. We use simple video uploads and live calls when needed.
What equipment do I need
We can start with bodyweight and a few basics like dumbbells or bands. If you have a gym membership we will program around the equipment you have.
How much are sessions
Programs start from $100. Your consult is free.
How do you track results online
We retest every four to six weeks. We track body composition, strength markers, conditioning benchmarks and photos.
Can beginners start
Yes. We scale positions and teach clean technique with simple cues. The goal is strong training that feels good on joints.
Can you coach athletes remotely
Yes. We set strength blocks and sport conditioning that fit your game schedule. We review video weekly.
Is nutrition coaching included
Yes. Protein and fibre anchors, carb timing around training and hydration with electrolytes are built into your plan.
What platform do we use
Simple links for video calls and a private channel for feedback and uploads. No special apps required.
What time zone do you work on
Sydney time. We schedule check ins to suit your routine and adjust for AEST or AEDT.
