No. It’s an Evolt-style electrical bioimpedance analyser — quick, reliable and private (no photos).
What should I wear?
Light clothing without metal; bare feet on the analyser. Remove jewellery and heavy accessories.
How accurate is it?
It’s consistent for tracking change when you scan under similar conditions (time of day, hydration, clothing).
How often should I scan?
Every 3–6 weeks works well for most clients; athletes may scan around training blocks.
Can I get the results on my phone?
Yes. We provide a printout and a digital summary with your key metrics and coaching notes.
Is it safe?
Yes for healthy adults. Not recommended with pacemakers or during pregnancy — ask your clinician if unsure.
