What does a typical cardio conditioning week look like?
Two interval sessions (short/fast and longer tempo) plus one easy zone-2 day to support recovery between strength days.
Is this safe for my knees or back?
Yes — we screen posture, movement and work capacity first, then select low-impact tools (bike, rower, sled) and progress loads gradually.
How will we measure progress?
Repeatable markers: work:rest targets, distance per interval, HR recovery and RPE. We retest every 4–6 weeks.
