Absolutely. Your results depend just as much on what you do outside the gym. I provide basic nutrition frameworks, meal timing tips, and supplement guidance (with a naturopathic approach) to support energy, fat loss, muscle gain, and recovery.
How important is sleep and recovery in your program?
Critical. Without proper recovery, progress stalls. That’s why I integrate sleep hygiene, breathwork, mobility, and regeneration protocols into every transformation phase.

Do you offer small group personal training near Roxburgh Park?
I do. EZMUSCLE’s small group training sessions are based in Roxburgh Park and attract clients from , Greenvale, Epping Broadmeadows, Meadow Heights and Craigieburn, and surrounding suburbs. Sessions are capped for quality and focus on strength, performance, and posture.
What's different about your group training compared to regular gyms?
A: It’s not a generic group class. You’ll still get personalized attention and form corrections, with structured progression every week. We keep it high-performance and community-driven, so you train with purpose.
Do you offer online coaching or remote support?
A: Yes—if you’re outside Melbourne or prefer remote coaching, I offer virtual check-ins, video analysis, and online programs tailored to your setup.
