  • Fri — Strength total body (hinge lead) + single-leg & shoulder stability
  • Sat — Conditioning tempo session (longer repeats for aerobic capacity)

Is the assessment a workout?
No. It’s a structured intake that informs your plan: goals, history, movement screen, body comp and a simple cardio test.

How often should I train?
2–3 sessions per week deliver the best results. We’ll set weekly targets that fit your schedule.

Can you work around injuries?
Yes. We adjust positions, ranges and loading so you can keep progressing safely.

Will I get faster as well as stronger?
That’s the goal. We train acceleration mechanics, max-velocity work and deceleration/COD alongside strength.

Do you provide conditioning plans?
Yes — aerobic base and high-intensity intervals planned around your lifting days.

Do you track results?
Yes — we test, train and retest every 4–6 weeks so progress is visible and measurable.
