How coaching works

Assessment → plan

We start with history, movement screen, mobility checks, and light technique pulls. You’ll get a simple first week plan with focused drills, loads and targets, plus a free body scan baseline.

Video feedback

Quick bar path review (phone friendly) with cues for the next session. We retest key positions every 4–6 weeks for measurable progress.

  • Snatch/Clean pulls, hang variants, high pulls
  • Tall snatch/clean, no foot/no hook variations
  • Pause squats, overhead/FR squat mobility ladders
  • Jerk dip drives, jerk recoveries, press in split

Olympic lifting clips (kept + new)

Break through the snatch plateau with better speed under the bar and a stable catch.
Clean heavier without crashing the bar — improve rack mobility and timing.
Dial in jerk footwork so I can hit openers confidently on the platform.

Competition prep & sport skills

Competition prep is available — peaking phases, attempt selection, rules/commands, and platform practice. We also run sports skills preparation with our sports training program so field & court athletes build strength, speed and power with clean technique and planned recovery.

Do I need experience?

No. We scale drills to your level and teach positions step by step.

Is this safe for shoulders/back?

Yes. We prioritise bracing, mobility and gradual loading, swapping variations that respect your joints.

How often should I train Oly lifts?

Two to three sessions weekly works best (technique + strength + accessories). We’ll tailor to your schedule.

Will you help with mobility?

Absolutely. You’ll get targeted ankle/hip/thoracic work and rack/overhead progressions.

How do we measure progress?

Consistent bar path, speed from power position, stable catches, rep PRs and total improvements — plus your body scan changes.

What does it cost?
