Who is Anthony Nitti?

Anthony Nitti is the founder and head coach of EZMUSCLE Personal Training. With a background as a TRX certified specialist and over a decade of experience at leading fitness centres he combines elite level expertise with a warm, motivating style.

Anthony holds a Vocational Education and Training (TAE) certificate and a postgraduate business qualification which he leverages to design programs that drive both client satisfaction and business growth.

Having trained athletes in basketball and NFL style performance drills Anthony brings advanced coaching methods normally reserved for high performance sports to every client he works with.

His passion for posture correction, strength training and functional movement means each session not only burns fat but also builds resilience and reduces injury risk.
