01 / Consultation with the Founder
Your first consult is hosted by Anthony, founder of EZMUSCLE. We’ll cover history (injury, medical, training, nutrition), goals and lifestyle so we understand how you move and recover. We align on outcomes, set realistic weekly targets and map your first training block.
From there, you’ll be matched with the right EZMUSCLE coach for your needs at our Roxburgh Park personal training studio. All notes are shared to ensure a seamless handover.

02 / Initial Session & Baselines
Your allocated coach recaps the plan and completes a screening to assess mobility, balance and movement quality. We run simple strength tests (push, pull, squat, hinge, carry) to set safe starting loads and teach our posture-first cues.
We’ll also outline how programming works—blocks, progressions and check-ins—so you know exactly how we’ll move you forward.

03 / Program Design & Nutrition
Your coach builds a personalised training program using your screening data and free body scan baseline (included when you start a program). Weekly targets are set for steps, protein, hydration and sleep. If helpful, we’ll add a nutrition plan tailored to your preferences.
Everything is delivered clearly, with progress tracking week to week.

04 / Ongoing Sessions + Support
Before each session you’ll complete a focused warm-up. The first 30 minutes are with your coach for the key lifts and skill work; you’ll finish accessories independently—efficient, results-driven and time-smart.
Between sessions you’ll get continuous support and simple check-ins to keep you accountable and progressing.
