About Anthony
Anthony is an American coach who moved to Melbourne. His purpose began in 2009 after losing his father to a heart attack at forty five. That loss became a clear mission to help people take control of their health.
He rose to top ranked trainer at New York Sports Clubs in eighteen months, then advanced to Equinox Wall Street where he became an Elite Master Trainer in under eight months. In February 2016 he completed two hundred and thirty six sessions in nineteen working days.
Today he leads EZMUSCLE with a simple rule. Posture first, then power. Programs blend strength and hypertrophy, NFL inspired performance methods, boxing and basketball conditioning, and practical nutrition anchors.
